I'm really happy that I've had quite a bit of free time on my hands this past week, so I was able to do more scrapbooking! I made this layout for a Sampler Kit challenge using their scrapbook sketch. It was really great using a sketch, because all I had to do was follow the general shape of the page (I flipped it around to accomodate my portrait oriented photo).


I've been trying to add a lot of stitching to my pages these days because I don't have a sewing machine (yet) but love the effect of stitching on pages. Also, I've been trying to emulate Amy Tangerine's style since she's awesome ;)

There are quite a lot of things and colors going on in this page, it kind of overwhelms me... I think I'm going to try toning it down in the future.
