... all the way to the beginning of 2012. Yes, that was a while ago. But I was going through my pictures from that year (my freshman year of college) and was hit by nostalgia. Such amazing memories with awesome people. It must have been one of the best years of my life, despite that fact that I was constantly tired from trying to do it all.

During Winter Break, me and a few of my friends stayed over at Dan's place and spent some good post-New Years quality time. It was a good time. And back then, I hadn't been going out with Dan yet. So excuse some of the sappy, schoolgirl-in-love journaling. I'm sure it's offset a bit by the dude-ness of playing zombie-killing video games. I'm just weird like that.

Anyway, here's the layout:

It was fun making this page in a sort of Christmassy  theme (it wasn't Christmas, but it's a picture of the late Christmas presents I gave the boys!) but not in an obvious red and green color scheme. I don't know why I don't like doing Christmas-themed pages like that. Am I the only one??
I'm also loving the layering of thickers/dimensional letter stickers over those Amy Tangerine vellum letter stickers that I just got. And my gold glitter tape... and those star wood veneers... and the Elle's Studio Saltwater stamps...
So the moral of this story is, I'm really enjoying all of my products right now and really just having fun with it. Because if you're not having fun, what's the point, right??
