Adventure in the city

I've been going backwards in Paperclipping Roundtable podcasts, and there were a couple I recently listened to that talked about adding mixed media and techniques on scrapbooking pages. One of the first things that comes to mind is using embossing powders, but all of my powders, inks, and heat gun are back at home! I will have to bring them back when I visit this weekend.
Instead, I played with some glitter that I have on hand. It got quite messy, but it was a nice change from my normal neat-ness and I love how it came out!




I especially love the little hearts I made - I made some with gold glitter, some with red glitter, and some with red flock. The gold ones are my favorite, just cause I've really been loving gold lately! It seems to match with everything :)
